- In dealing with a defect in an automobile, which caused the death of two clients, Mr. Deni turned down a $1 million settlement offer made shortly after the accident. He continued to fight a major automobile company for the next two years, and ultimately obtained millions of dollars for the family, in a sealed settlement.
- In a successful medical malpractice settlement against a chiropractor (where three other law firms declined representation, believing there was no liability), Mr. Deni retained medical experts in New Jersey, Georgia and Florida, and succeeded in showing negligence on the part of the chiropractor.

In two million-dollar cases, he obtained a "haircut" and saved the clients millions of dollars in monies owed to major banks.
Mr. Deni represented a corporation in negotiating and selling millions of dollars in industrial-commercial properties and businesses.
Over several years Mr. Deni has been a bank review attorney on residential, commercial, industrial and SBA loans.
Land Use and Development
Mr. Deni has been instrumental in helping major developers in Hunterdon and Somerset counties obtain approvals for hundreds of homes by bringing in experienced land use attorneys, engineers and architects.
He has represented major developers to obtain site plan approval for thousands of commercial and residential lots, and he has challenged the assessment and zoning of private property in Hunterdon County with a knowledge of the Farmland Assessment criteria, saving our client thousands of dollars.
In litigation, Mr. Deni has been successful in defending developers in cases involving consumer fraud, faulty construction, and an alleged violation of zoning laws.
In a major jury trial against a developer who allegedly installed defective septic systems in over 35 houses, Mr. Deni obtained a dismissal of the case by the judge before the jury reached a verdict.
In a case in which property had been assessed as commercial, Mr. Deni successfully challenged the assessment and got the property assessed instead as farmland.
