William P. Deni, Sr. served as a Prosecutor early in his career in New Jersey, where he obtained invaluable courtroom trial experience. He has represented clients for over forty years on the Federal, State and Municipal level in criminal cases ranging from complex white collar financial crimes to drug and traffic matters. His clients have included Federal, State and County elected officials, doctors and attorneys.
Allison Mattia Roberts served as a Prosecutor in Arlington County, Virginia, a busy, urban courthouse, where she conducted trials every week during the first 5 years of her career in all areas including DUIs, drug possession cases, sex offenses and domestic violence. This courtroom experience cannot be duplicated when your case needs to go to trial. She is experienced handling sensitive sex offense cases triggering Megan’s Law registration, matters involving underlying substance abuse concerns, and she regularly appears with clients in Municipal Courts in Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Warren, Morris and Middlesex Counties. She assists clients eligible for diversionary programs such as Pre-Trial Intervention in Superior Court, Conditional Discharge in Municipal Court and Deferred Dispositions for Juveniles. She advocates on your behalf to get a first-time offender the opportunity to keep his or her record clean and will help you, the client, get any support or services you need.
Ms. Roberts has a particular passion for working with young clients facing Juvenile Delinquency Proceedings. It is essential that a youthful offender have the support of family and a good attorney so that any contact with the Criminal Justice System minimally impacts the juvenile’s ability to move forward with opportunities for college or employment.
